Robin Uthappa was touted as the next big thing in Indian cricket when he had made his debut at the highest level back in April 2006 Uthappa was an integral part of the Indian squad that had lifted the inaugural edition of the T20 World Cup in 2007 and was a member of the squad that had won the historic tri-series in Australia in early 2008. Recently, the veteran batsman has revealed why his international cricketing career did not have longevity.
टीम इंडिया पूर्व ओपनर बल्लेबाज रॉबिन उथप्पा ने जब टीम इंडिया में एंट्री ली थी तब से उनके बारे में कहा जाता था की ये खिलाड़ी सहवाग से भी बड़ा नाम करेगा, लेकिन ऐसा हुआ नहीं जिस तरह के वो टैलेंटेड बल्लेबाज थे उनकी जिस तरह की प्रतिभा थी उस हिसाब से उनका इंटरनेशनल करियर नहीं चल पाया, और लगातार अंदर बाहर होते रहने के बाद आखिरकार वो टीम इंडिया से बाहर हो गए और अब टीम में उनकी वापसी के लगभग सारे द्वार बंद हो चुके हैं, 2006 में टीम इंडिया के लिए डेब्यू करने वाले रोबिन ने 2015 में आखिरी इंटरनेशनल मैच खेला था, उसके बाद से ही वो टीम से बाहर चल रहे हैं, अब जब उनके करियर को लेकर उनसे बात की गई को इसको लेकर उन्होंने अपना दर्द सबसे साथ साझा किया।
